COMMON QUESTIONS


How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Stoolio, and tap Cancel Subscription. Or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.


How do I restore a previous purchase? Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.


How do I delete my account or data? Open the app, go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete Account. Or email info@stoolioapp.com from the address on your account.
